• 90 Day GFP – Allows unlimited exchanges within 90 days of original order (returned lenses must be received within 120 days of original order

Money Saver Coupons
Money Saver Coupons are our most cost efficient method for lens exchanges. These pre-purchased coupons may be returned with any order that is 90 days old or less for full credit. One coupon is required for spherical designs and two for specialty designs. Now you have the option of never prepaying for a warranty that is not used because your first lens design worked.

Oops Policy (Doctors Changes)
Allow 30 days to order an exchange on any GP lens not ordered under the GFP programs for 50% of the original invoice price.

Credit Procedures
Returning GP or Soft lenses is easy if you follow these steps:

• All lenses returned for credit must be returned with the pink copy of the invoice
• Please fill out all the information requested on the back side of the pink invoice copy
